Arun Finance Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-02-25 that the 104th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2073-02-17 has decided that the register of their shareholders will remain close from 2073-03-04 till 2073-03-10 for the purpose of its upcoming 19th Annual General Meeting, going to be held on 2073-03-10.
