RIGHT SHARE OF NEPAL BANGLADESH BANK LTD.

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-02-30 at 11:00 AM that the BOD meeting of the comapny held on 2073-02-28 has decided to issue 80% right share to its shareholders, which subject to the approval from its upcoming AGM.
